When supplying contact information to Millies you can indicate your preference on your members profile page to participate in the Millies newsletter. You will receive a confirmation email from us when placing an order on our site and paying through PayPal.
We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-in' and 'opt-out' of our newsletter at any time. Our newsletter is sent every month so it will certainly contain allot of useful information and any offers we may have. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them at any time.

Fruit and vegetable orders must be with the office by 11am the same day for evening delivery or next day delivery.
Substitutions and Credit Slips:
If an item is out of stock or currently unavailable we will contact the customer via email to offer either the nearest product substitution available or a Credit for that item added to your account as a Credit Slip which can be used on future orders.
All complaints need to be arisen within 24 hours of receiving order. We will then email or give you a call once your complaint/return has been considered. If we believe your complaint is valid with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement of the item with your next order or a refund, please contact the office on 07766313122 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
We ask that all cancellations of Fruit, Vegetables and Groceries deliveries are made 24rs before delivery, with Dairy, Bread and Milk we need a week's notice as these products will have been ordered on your behalf. Any cancellations not made in the required time frame will be charged for.
All payments must be received within 10 days from date of invoice.
The following payment options are available to customers:
· PayPal – ideal for regular orders and online ordering
· Sage Pay (via a debit or credit card) - can be used for both on line orders and regular deliveries
· Cheques - made payable to Millie's Greengrocers York.
· Cash – by special arrangement or in our shop only
